It starts with an open discussion. We pay attention to the client's vision, guest count, budget, and special requirements such as dietary, cultural, or logistics to ensure seamless planning. This free consultation takes place at our office via call or message- whatever the client prefers. This stage carries no cost or obligation, as we just want to understand your needs so we can serve you well.
Menu Design
Our chefs create a custom menu for your event wherein every dish we offer is tailored to your tastes, season, event, and guest profile. We also send our clients the specifics and urge them to modify until they are satisfied.
Tasting Session
At this stage, we invite you to taste the chosen menu before you finalize. As we want to make it certain that every bite meets your standards, our tasting session allows you and your decision-makers to sample the dishes, offer comments, and request adjustments.
Logistics & Coordination
After the menu finalization, your event coordinator manages all the event operations - from venue setup and equipment to staffing, timing, and vendor coordination. We create a detailed plan for your event to ensure everything runs smoothly and nothing is left to chance.
